We're a fast-paced, innovation-driven company committed to shaping the future of solar energy.The RoleAs Product Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. You'll be responsible for translating technical capabilities into products that meet real market demand, while working closely with our R&D; and production teams.Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production- Gather and translate market requirements into actionable product specifications- Liaise directly with suppliers and clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector- Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy,
