We’re hiring Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Belgium and play a central role in identifying and attracting the people who will help us grow our consulting business.

Your role

You will work closely with our Business Managers and have a direct connection with the business. Understanding our clients, our projects and the profiles we need will be an important part of your day-to-day role.

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching and engaging talented professionals and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates

• Conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from first contact to offer





• Working closely with Business Managers to understand current and future business needs

• Developing a strong understanding of our markets, clients and consulting activities

• Building and maintaining a strong network of talents

• Identifying profiles that can create new business opportunities and support our growth

• Contributing to our recruitment strategy, employer branding and talent initiatives

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys recruitment but also has a genuine interest in business.

You are curious, proactive and comfortable interacting with different people. You like understanding what drives a business, identifying opportunities and finding the right people to make things happen.

- You have a Master’s degree , a first professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a people-oriented business is a plus
