Are you ready to take digital commerce to the next level?

For an internationally oriented player in the premium consumer & lifestyle segment, we are looking for an Interim Head of Digital Commerce to drive the next phase of digital growth.

In this strategic leadership role, you will shape the digital sales strategy, e-commerce performance and consumer experience across markets. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with Marketing, IT, Sales and other commercial stakeholders to turn digital opportunities into measurable business impact.

? What you’ll be driving

Digital Strategy & Growth

- Define and execute the integral digital sales strategy.
- Own digital revenue, profitability and channel performance.
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth.

Leadership & People

- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary digital team.
- Set clear objectives and build a high-performance culture.
- Foster collaboration, innovation and ownership.

E-commerce & Digital Marketing

- Drive conversion, customer experience and online sales.
- Lead performance marketing and optimize investment and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing and IT to deliver digital improvements.

CRM & Omnichannel

- Further develop CRM, loyalty, e-mail marketing and personalization.




- Connect digital commerce with retail and other commercial channels.
- Help shape the company’s broader digital transformation and omnichannel strategy.

? What we’re looking for

- Master’s degree.
- Excellent command of English.
- 3+ years of experience leading a medium to large B2C e-commerce organization.
- Strong expertise in CRO, digital marketing and CRM/loyalty.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, premium consumer or lifestyle is a strong plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commercial, analytical and highly results-driven.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
