Role: Data Pipeline Analyst

Workload: Full‑time, estimated 9,000 hours

Experience Required: 5–10 years (Senior)

Key Responsibilities

- Project framing & delivery: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and planning for small to medium data projects (pipelines, analyses, light automation). Ensure progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, and communication.
- Data & semantic modeling: Analyze existing data flows, sources, and transformations. Design and evolve semantic data models (RDF, OWL) to ensure coherence, interoperability, and reusability.
- Analytics & reporting: Deliver operational analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and validate results with stakeholders.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Act as a functional bridge between Business, Data & Digital, and ICT teams. Facilitate workshops and align initiatives with the Data & Digital roadmap.
- Documentation & knowledge transfer: Use SPARX Enterprise Architect to document models, flows, and best practices. Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.





Technical Skills

- Data project management (≥5 years)
- Data analysis & pipeline design (≥5 years)
- Linked data technologies (RDF, OWL)
- SQL (≥5 years)
- Reporting & visualization (Grafana, Matplotlib, dashboards)
- SPARX Enterprise Architect (≥5 years)
- Languages: Fluent French or Dutch (C1), passive knowledge of the other; English (C1)

- Linux environment, Shell/Bash scripting, automation, system administration
- Agile/Scrum, DevOps (CI/CD, version control, infra automation, monitoring)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL, TimescaleDB
- Web development (REST APIs, portals, services)
