Forward Deployed AI Engineer – Spain (Several Locations)

We’re looking for Forward Deployed AI Engineers to help organisations move from AI experimentation to real-world, production-ready solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software engineering, generative AI and enterprise transformation . You’ll work directly with engineering and business teams to solve complex problems, design AI solutions and deploy them into real enterprise environments.

What you’ll do

- Design, build and deploy production-grade AI and agentic AI solutions .
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG and multi-model AI platforms .
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data and cloud platforms.
- Take ambiguous business problems from idea to production , moving quickly through experimentation and iteration.
- Work across cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP , using technologies including Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
- Partner with engineering, product and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Help organisations improve adoption, scalability, reliability and time-to-value from AI.
- Develop reusable architectures, patterns and best practices for enterprise AI deployments.
- Communicate with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into practical technical solutions.

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in software engineering, AI engineering or cloud engineering .




- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or generative AI solutions in production .
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG or related technologies .
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript or equivalent .
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, containers, CI/CD and modern software architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and take ownership from problem definition through production .
- Experience working with enterprise systems, data or complex technology environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical mindset focused on business impact, not just technical delivery .
