Job Description

At Manpower Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Civil Works Project Manager with a good command of Polish to work on a long-term project involving metal tower structures and radar installations in Poland. The position will be based in Madrid, with travel to Poland as required. The selected candidate will be hired directly by a leading multinational Technology and Engineering company.

What will your responsibilities be? ✅

- Coordination and monitoring of the radar installation project.
- Management and supervision of subcontractors in Poland.
- Coordination of civil works activities and metal structure assembly.
- Support in obtaining and managing the required permits.
- Review and monitoring of technical documentation and project deliverables.
- Control of deadlines, milestones and project progress.
- Liaison between the company, suppliers and local teams in Poland.
- Management of travel arrangements and site visits for work supervision and coordination.

What profile are we looking for?

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in metal structure projects.
- Fluent level of Polish.
- Availability to travel.
