We are looking for a WMS Specialist with experience in logistics environments and warehouse management systems to ensure the effective administration, evolution, and optimization of our WMS platform and its associated technology ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be involved in the configuration, maintenance, integration, and continuous improvement of warehouse-related operational processes, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency.

This is also an opportunity to join the internal team of a leading client in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

- WMS system configuration and parameterization, including:
- Definition of operational workflows
- Business rules
- Warehouse locations
- Logistics strategies
- Automation processes
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the system to ensure availability, stability, and continuous updates.
- Provide functional and technical support to internal users, including training and operational guidance.
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, traceability, and logistics efficiency .
- Integrate the WMS with other corporate systems, such as ERP, TMS, OMS, automation systems, etc. ,



ensuring a reliable and continuous flow of information.
- Administer and maintain databases related to the WMS environment.
- Participate in improvement, implementation, and migration projects involving logistics systems.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience working with WMS ( Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder,

SAP EWM / SAP WM, Infor WMS, Generix, Mecalux Easy WMS or similar WMS platforms)

- 3 years of experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of system integration .
- Solid understanding of IT structures and application architecture .

Nice to Have

Experience with:

- C#
- Scripting
- APIs
- Process automation
- Soft coding / low-code solutions

Languages

- English: minimum B2 level , with the ability to work in an international technical and operational environment.
