About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Solution Architect to join a growing international team and take responsibility for the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

The adecuado candidate will have strong experience across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and effective technical solutions.

This is a fully remote position within Spain, working with international stakeholders, so strong communication skills and professional fluency in German and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into robust CRM solutions.
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, integration approaches, and implementation strategies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Support technical decision-making and provide guidance on architecture, customisation, and configuration.
- Review existing CRM landscapes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture decisions.




- Support development teams with technical guidance and ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.

Requirements

- Strong professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect or in a similar senior architecture role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customisation, configuration, and integration.
- Experience designing complex enterprise CRM solutions.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.
- Must be based in Spain.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Azure integration services and cloud architecture.
- Experience with enterprise transformation or large-scale CRM programmes.
- Knowledge of additional Dynamics 365 modules.
- Experience working in international or multilingual project environments.
