About Voice B We build autonomous AI voice agents that close and qualify sales for large B2 C enterprises — telcos, energy providers, insurers, banks. We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product. We're hiring our first International AE to open and close enterprise accounts in English-speaking markets (UK, US, Ireland, and similar), working out of Barcelona.

You'll own the full cycle — from a qualified opportunity to a signed enterprise contract — selling a category-new product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations. technical buying committees on complex deals Work closely with our Implementation & CS team to hand off cleanly and spot expansion opportunities Represent Voice B at industry events in target markets (some travel expected) What we're looking for 4+ years of quota-carrying Saa S/tech sales experience, ideally selling into enterprise B2 C accounts A track record of closing 6-figure ARR deals with long, multi-stakeholder cycles Native or fluent English; comfortable selling into UK/US buyers from a Barcelona base Comfortable with startup ambiguity — low process, high ownership xohynlm Nice to have Experience selling to telco, insurance, energy, or banking Experience selling AI or genuinely technical products Salesforce/Hub Spot fluency What we offer Competitive base + uncapped commission Equity in a fast-growing company Hybrid model, Barcelona office Direct access to founders and real influence over how the international motion gets built We're hiring deliberately, not urgently — we'd rather find the right person than fill the seat fast.
