The After-Sales Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after the purchase of our equipment by providing excellent support and service. This role involves managing customer inquiries, overseeing spare parts requests, helping with coordination of technical assistance and improving overall after-sales processes to build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the processing of spare parts requests, including quoting and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Track and manage ongoing after-sales projects and communicate updates to customers and to other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our sales, technical, and production teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Mechanics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Good command of parts drawings, geometric dimensioning & tolerances. Strong understanding of mechanical components.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PC Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
