As Production Responsible, you drive the industrial strategy for the space division’s production plant and oversee Ariane 6 structure lines. You will align manufacturing with cost, quality, and schedule targets while leading health, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, planning plant activities, and supporting new programs and ramp-ups.

- Deliver cost, quality, and on‑time performance for production lines
- Lead all fabrication operations in production
- Gather and analyze technical and financial data
- Lead Health u0026 Safety routines on assembly lines
- Identify future production resource needs including space and subcontracting
- Drive improvement initiatives and determine outsourcing tasks
- Coordinate with technical, operational, and business teams for strategic alignment




- Implement operational gates strategy and manage plant routines (MPS, Go meetings)
- Develop and maintain detailed planning of plant activities
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (quality, logistics, safety, planning)
- Support New Program Proposals (BIDs) and define resources for new programs
- Propose layout, production flow and efficiency improvements; oversee new industrial means implementation

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or similar
- Experience in plant management, industrial projects, xugodme or strategic planning (preferred)
- Knowledge of production processes, investment planning, and subcontracting
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Health u0026 Safety focus
