We are looking to bring on board an AV Integration & Systems Engineer.

We are looking for an AV Systems & Integration Engineer with a solid foundation in professional audiovisual systems and the motivation to grow across control, networking and software integration. You will take part in the full project lifecycle, from technical definition and pre-sales support to installation supervision, commissioning and operational support.

You do not need to be an expert in every platform from day one. We are looking for strong core AV skills, practical problem-solving ability and the capacity to learn and certify in the technologies used by TMM.

What you will do

- Design and document professional AV systems covering audio, video, control and lighting.
- Configure and program AV control and DSP platforms, particularly Crestron and Q-SYS.
- Configure Dante networks, AV-over-IP systems and the associated network infrastructure.
- Integrate sensors, NFC/RFID, cameras, lighting control and third-party systems.
- Support LED, projection and digital signage system setup and calibration.




- Coordinate with the Waapiti development team on API and software integrations.
- Contribute technical expertise during pre-sales and solution definition.
- Prepare technical documentation, schematics and cabling plans.
- Supervise installations and coordinate with contractors and fit-out teams.
- Carry out commissioning, final testing and handover.
- Provide technical support during client operations and help maintain agreed service levels.
- Contribute to our Experience Center - SensorySync as a demonstration, testing and R&D; environment.

What we are looking for

- At least 3 years of experience in professional AV integration, systems engineering or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one professional control or DSP ecosystem, such as Crestron or Q-SYS.
- Good understanding of audio and video signal flow, commissioning and on-site troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Dante, AV networks and core networking concepts such as VLANs, QoS and PoE.
- Ability to read and produce technical documentation and cabling plans.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish or Catalan, and English at B2 level or above.
- Autonomy,



a practical approach to problem-solving and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Nice to have

- Experience with Crestron SIMPL/SIMPL+, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira or Extron.
- Knowledge of AES67, NDI, DMX/ArtNet, sACN, DALI, Novastar, Brompton, BrightSign or PTZ systems.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON, NFC/RFID or presence sensors.
- Previous work on retail, hospitality or corporate AV projects.
- A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Audiovisual Systems or a related field.
- CTS/CTS-D (AVIXA) or official Crestron certification.

- Gross annual salary of EUR 36,000-EUR 42,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based variable compensation.
