As Agentic AI Platform Architect, you will be actively designing, implementing, integrating and operating cloud-native backend systems that together form a cohesive ecosystem for Agentic AI applications. In particular, you will focus on the evolution of a cloud-based agentic AI platform that enables building and orchestrating agents and is connected into the wider ecosystem.
You will be hands-on in writing production code, building pipelines, owning deployments, and taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions you deliver. If you thrive building things that matter, in a team that values quality, ownership, and continuous improvement, this role is for you.Own the platform architecture, technical roadmap and ADRs within the broader agentic AI strategy.·Design, build and operate the multi-tenant Kubernetes platform using Amazon EKS, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Argo Workflows, together with a team of engineers.·Build repeatable onboarding,
promotion, recovery and decommissioning capabilities through Azure DevOps and GitOps.·Implement identity and tenant isolation across OIDC, Kubernetes RBAC and impersonation, AWS workload identity and secrets management.·Develop and review production Python, Terraform modules, Helm charts and pipeline templates.· In return, we offer direct impact on life-changing R&D;, a high-autonomy engineering culture with experienced peers, flexible working models, and the purpose-driven environment of a general science and technology company.8+ years of relevant experience building secure, scalable, resilient cloud-native backend systems at enterprise scale.· Experience in architecting complex cloud-native solutions and in guiding teams in their implementation. · Hands-on experience designing and operating production Kubernetes platforms, preferably Amazon EKS, including RBAC, networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades and troubleshooting.· Strong AWS platform engineering experience across EKS, ECR, IAM/workload identity, VPC/private connectivity, ALB/WAF, Route 53, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch and S3.· Strong Infrastructure as Code and GitOps experience using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Git.· Experience building and governing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.· Strong production Python experience, including boto3, API integration, automated testing and operational automation.· Experience with OIDC/OAuth2/JWT, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, Kubernetes RBAC and secure secrets management.· Business-fluent English (written and spoken)Nice to Have: AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock OpenTelemetry, Langfuse or comparable agent and LLM observability platforms.
