Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, aligned with project standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating model information across disciplines, updating models based on design changes, and ensuring data consistency and clash detection. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to support documentation, quantity take-offs, and technical deliverables.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Zaragoza Metropolitan Area, requiring regular presence for team coordination and project reviews.



The BIM Modeler will also support the continuous improvement of BIM processes and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing detailed 3D models.
- Knowledge of Architecture and related building design principles, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into models.
- Hands-on experience as a Modeler, including model coordination, clash detection, and integration of multidisciplinary information.
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling and coordination within BIM environments.
- Ability to read and produce Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings derived from models.
- Proficiency with relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar) and understanding of common BIM standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative project environment.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in BIM-focused roles is highly valued.
