In this role, you will lead global Real World Data (RWD) initiatives to inform Medical, Commercial, Policy and Ru0026amp;D strategies. You’ll shape and implement RWD platforms across countries, collaborating with IT and external partners to deliver high-impact evidence that drives patient outcomes. You’ll chair steering committees, guide cross-functional teams, and scale RWD programs to change clinical practice.

This position sits at the intersection of science, technology and strategy, offering a meaningful opportunity to advance AZ’s RWD leadership and patient-centric mission.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead design and deployment of global RWD platforms for field medical teams and country affiliates
- Align RWD initiatives with medical and cross-functional priorities across therapies
- Foster external partnerships to leverage health systems and data sources
- Collaborate with technical teams to build analytics tools and visual analytics for self-service dashboards
- Build capabilities to identify, integrate, and leverage diverse RWD sources




- Evaluate external data sources and scale RWD programs across markets
- Manage resources and plan scaling of RWD programs
- Drive visibility on RWD use cases, KPI design, and best practice sharing
- Explore new RWD use cases and technologies for cross-functional impact
- Lead engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional groups to sustain RWD platforms

Responsabilidades

- Business and/or medical science degree with commercial experience
- Expertise in RWD and evidence generation with focus on patient and health system impact
- Healthcare or biopharma industry experience, with Ru0026I and CVRM preference xugodme
- Strong leadership to drive innovation and culture
- Ability to influence at executive level
- Experience in product marketing and deploying new solutions
- Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration
- Experience engaging external customers and stakeholders
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate into options and reports
- Experience creating digital content and channels
- Understanding of medical and commercial strategy and RWD tools
