Asphalion is growing and we are looking for a Business Development Prospecting Assistant to join our Business Development Unit! This role focuses on prospecting, lead generation and commercial support activities, helping to drive new business opportunities across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors. Actively search for and identify potential clients (national & international) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.

Qualify leads and successfully schedule discovery calls or face-to-face visits for the Business Development Managers.

CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of prospects and activities. At least 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or commercial roles (experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus).



High level of English and Spanish (C1 both written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experienced in using CRM tools.
