About VoiceB

We build autonomous AI voice agents that close and qualify sales for large B2C enterprises — telcos, energy providers, insurers, banks. Our agents already run live inside companies like Vodafone España and Holaluz, and were mid-rollout across an 8-market European deployment with Alpega/Teleroute. Were a small team moving fast, and were building the commercial engine to match the product.

The role

Mid-market is a different game from enterprise: shorter cycles, more deals, faster nos. Were looking for a BDM to build and own this motion for VoiceB across English-speaking markets, with German, French, or Italian as a strong plus — turning it from occasional deals into a repeatable, scalable segment.

What youll do

Own new-business acquisition for mid-size accounts: outbound prospecting through to signed contract

Run a high-velocity pipeline — more deals, shorter cycles, faster iteration than enterprise

Adapt pitch, demo, and negotiation to different markets and languages

Build the mid-market playbook as you go — ICP, messaging, objection handling





Feed market feedback back into product and marketing

What were looking for

3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market segment

Fluent English, plus professional fluency in German, French, or Italian

Comfortable with volume — more pipeline, more calls, more decisions per week A track record of hitting or beating quota

Nice to have A second additional language beyond English

Experience selling into telco, insurance, energy, or banking

Experience building a sales motion from scratch, not just running one
