Descripción del puesto: Freelance Wedding Coordinator – Spain | Remote

At Love Gracefully, we are looking for a freelance Wedding Coordinator to join our team and help us manage and coordinate our ceremonies across Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla and Mallorca).

We are looking for someone based in Mallorca , with a passion for weddings, excellent organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

What would you do?

- Manage and coordinate our weddings and elopements across Spain
- Communicate with couples, venues and local suppliers
- Coordinate all the details leading up to each ceremony
- Ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day
- Support the development and design of our Mallorca packages
- Help us build and strengthen our local network of suppliers and partners in Mallorca




- Be our point of reference on the ground when needed

What are we looking for?

✔️ Based in Mallorca

✔️ Self-employed / freelance (autónomo)

✔️ Availability of approximately part-time / 20 hours per week

✔️ Fluent or excellent English – essential

✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔️ Comfortable working independently and remotely

✔️ Good command of everyday office and digital tools

✔️ Previous experience in wedding planning, events, hospitality or a similar role is a strong plus

100% remote , with occasional in-person work in Mallorca when required.
