In this role you will support large-scale transformation programs across Europe, focusing on change management, communications, learning, and business readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. The position sits within Accenture's Talent u0026amp; Organization CoE in Spain, contributing to meaningful business outcomes for international clients.

You will shape change strategies, develop materials, and help build capability across organizations. This is a chance to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment on innovative, AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

- Support change management activities across transformation projects
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments
- Prepare and execute communication and engagement plans
- Create communication materials, newsletters, intranet content, and updates
- Design and develop training materials and enablement resources
- Coordinate change champion networks
- Support business readiness and adoption tracking
- Prepare client deliverables and project documentation
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments
- Research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and identify adoption risks and opportunities
- Track communication, training, and adoption metrics
- Contribute to proposals and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

Responsabilidades

- 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning u0026 Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create professional presentations and materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-based and international collaboration xugodme capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams; experience with Microsoft 365 tools
- Exposure to AI tools (Copilot or ChatGPT) is a strong asset
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written); Spanish or other languages a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
