Change Manager | Barcelona | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group.

? Barcelona | Hybrid

? International scope: Colombia, Mexico & Argentina

? Permanent contract or Freelance

? Your mission

- Lead Change Management activities across multiple countries.
- Develop and coordinate change, communication & training plans.
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management.
- Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across integral and local teams.
- Support Go-Live & Hypercare activities.

? We’re looking for

- Proven experience in Change Management & international transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Excellent project coordination & stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with training, communication and change adoption.
- English & Spanish fluent.

⭐ Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
