About EO EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) is the world's largest community of entrepreneurs: more than 20,000 members, 224 chapters and a presence in 62 countries. It is a non-profit organization created by and for founders, where entrepreneurs from every sector connect, learn from one another and grow together through confidential peer forums, world-class education and exclusive events. The Barcelona chapter is the local hub of that network, the EO community of entrepreneurs in the city.

We are looking for the person who keeps it running every day.

The role As Chapter Manager you will be the operational and coordination backbone of the chapter: keeping the calendar of activities, training and administration on track, giving direct support to the presidency and the board, and acting as the link between Barcelona and the organization at national and international level.

This is a relationship and trust role: the chapter presidency rotates periodically, so we are looking for someone stable, adaptable and with good judgement, who brings continuity.

What you'll do

- Support the presidency and the board in coordinating and following up on the chapter's initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate events,



training sessions and community gatherings end to end (with occasional in-person presence and some weekends).
- Manage the administration linked to the role (agenda, documentation, follow-up on agreements and suppliers).
- Act as the fluent point of contact, in English, with EO's integral structure.
- Energise the community through social media and marketing.

Who we're looking for

- Above all, attitude: drive, proactivity and commitment to the community. We value the willingness to learn over previous experience in a specific sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Fluent English and Spanish (essential): you will be the bridge between the local and the international association.
- Adaptability and autonomy (the presidency rotates; we need someone who brings continuity).
- Knowledge of social media and marketing.
- A genuine interest in AI and the willingness to integrate it into your work.
- A plus: Catalan, and previous experience in association or community management.

What we offer

- Permanent, full-time contract.
- Salary range: €35,000 to €40,000 gross per year.
- Remote-first model, based in or near Barcelona.
