In this role you will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality shopper insights that drive measurable business impact. You work with the Consumer Insight Director to shape account plans and renewal strategies. You will expand client networks and convert opportunities across shopper and consumer perspectives.

You coach junior colleagues and represent the team in cross-functional collaboration. This role is based in Madrid and offers exposure to a fast-growing market research venture in drinks sector.

- Serve as principal contact for a client portfolio and maximise on-site engagement
- Own client insight requests and project briefs to ensure high-quality written and presented outputs




- Expand and deepen client networks through relationships and trust
- Collaborate with the Consumer Insight Director to develop and advance account plans and renewal proposals
- Identify opportunities to broaden client access (shopper and consumer) and coordinate with cross-functional experts to secure client ROI
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members and model desired behaviors
