What you'll be doingAs our Collection Manager – Consumer Credit, you'll own our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning.

Design and execute data-driven collection strategies – Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types. Optimise performance and ROI – Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect), ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive. Manage stakeholders and ecosystem – Collaborating closely with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams, while managing external partners like collection agencies.

Who we're looking forThis role needs someone strategic, highly analytical, and innovative to lead and modernise our consumer credit collections operations. Deep experience in Consumer Credit & Collections – You have 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g., BNPL, unsecured/secured credit).Fintech,



Banking, or Finance Background – Previous experience in a Fintech environment, modern Banking, or Financial Services.
