Do you love football, bringing people together, and creating communities?

Would you like to help build a space where women can play football, connect, and feel part of something bigger?

Women Football Club (WFC) is looking for a motivated and proactive City Coordinator to help lead our community in Madrid.

As our Madrid City Coordinator, you’ll be the local representative of WFC and play a key role in developing our activities in the city.

⚽ What you’ll do

- Coordinate and support WFC’s weekly football sessions in Madrid
- Be the main WFC representative on the field
- Welcome new players and help create a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment
- Coordinate with football fields and local providers
- Help organize local activities, meetups, and community events
- Maintain regular communication with participants
- Work closely with the international WFC team
- Help identify opportunities to grow the Madrid community
- Bring your own ideas and initiatives to make WFC Madrid even better

✔ Excited about building and managing a community

✔ Able to take initiative and solve problems independently

✔ Passionate about women’s empowerment, inclusion, and sport

✔ Genuinely motivated by WFC’s mission

You don’t need to be a professional football player or coach. What matters most is your motivation, commitment, and ability to bring people together.

This is a volunteer and unpaid position.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we’re building and wants to dedicate their time and energy to creating more opportunities for women through football.
