The chosen candidate will join the Corporate Development department and play a key role in supporting the Group's strategic growth agenda, both organic and inorganic. The role combines strategic analysis, financial modelling and business planning, helping senior management evaluate growth opportunities, capital allocation decisions and long-term value creation initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for developing complex financial analyses, business cases and investment evaluations, as well as preparing materials and presentations for the Group's Executive Committee and shareholders. The role will involve close collaboration with business leaders across the organisation to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and measurable financial outcomes.
The position also offers exposure to selected M&A; and corporate finance projects, including valuation analysis, financial due diligence, transaction execution and financing initiatives. Working alongside senior management and external advisors, the candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full investment and transaction lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will contribute to driving strategic decision-making and supporting the Group's continued growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Investment analysis including building financial valuation models as well as business plans, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and constructing business cases and financial impact analysis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis:
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as required to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and update of Group's multi annual strategic business plan.
- Liaise with internal business units and construct detailed business plans to analyse and present organic growth opportunities.
- Present analysis and prepare presentations for the Management of the Group.
- Assist in the preparation of reporting materials for shareholder.
- Supporting the assessment and execution of selected M&A; opportunities, working alongside internal teams and external advisors on valuation analyses, due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
- Supporting selected corporate finance projects, including review of financing arrangements and participation in financing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5 years in Corporate Development / Transaction services / M&A; / Valuation services
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering with a finance background or similar.
- English C1 / C2
- Exceptional financial modelling skills and a solid experience in financial statements analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to assess complex business situations and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and external advisors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
