Customer Care Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and hands-on person to join our team.

The position is full-time and based in our Barcelona office.

Main Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent daily response rhythm and follow up on ongoing conversations.
- Ensure tickets are handled with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with logistics, product, and e-commerce teams.
- Identify patterns in customer queries and contribute to improving the overall experience.




- Support the team with product-related updates on Shopify (such as descriptions or basic content adjustments).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of online launches when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with structure and maintaining a steady daily rhythm.
- Experience in customer service (fashion is a plus).
- Interest in product and online experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Shopify is a plus.
