Job Title: Dutch & French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative proficient in Dutch and French to join a high-performing team supporting a leading global technology brand. Based on-site in Barcelona, you will manage orders, provide product guidance, and assist European clients with first-level technical inquiries using CRM and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer calls using the CRM portal.

- Create quotations and process customer orders through the SAP system.

- Communicate accurate delivery timelines and manage client expectations.

- Offer product guidance based on comprehensive catalogue-level knowledge.

- Deliver first-level technical support to help customers select the adecuado solutions for their needs.

Requirements

- Languages:



Native or fluent in both Dutch and French, with advanced English skills.

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

- Skills & Aptitude: Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in technical topics.

- Commitment: Willingness to commit to a long-term role (2+ years).
