Internship – eCommerce Operations & Business Analysis

Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP depending on academic calendar (with possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business School student to join our eCommerce team as an intern. This role will provide hands-on exposure to key commercial and analytical areas of the business, supporting both Traffic & Retention and E-Merchandising / Inventory Management activities.

The internship is structured around two main missions , allowing the intern to gain experience across multiple eCommerce functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic & Retention (first mission)

- Support monitoring of traffic channels (Organic & Paid).
- Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in retention-related initiatives and performance tracking.

E-Merchandising & Inventory Management (second mission)

- Support ad-hoc analyses related to product pricing and inventory.
- Develop and maintain dashboards around the Price Monitoring Tool.




- Provide insights to optimize pricing and merchandising decisions.

Profile & Requirements

Education:

- Business School student (e.g., ESADE or similar), preferably specializing in Digital, Business Analytics, or related fields .

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.

Internship Conditions

- Duration: 6 months with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months.
- Start date: As soon as possible, aligned with academic internship periods.
- Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break. This schedule must be strictly respected.
