PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Lead digital transformation and IT governance to enable business strategy and deliver scalable digital capabilities across the MRO organization. Drive digitalization initiatives, business process integration and ERP transformation while ensuring alignment between business priorities, IT services and operational execution. Act as the central coordination point between business teams, project teams and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital programs and continuous improvement of business capabilities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Digital Transformation & Governance:

- Lead the digitalization roadmap and governance across business priorities
- Manage ERP and digital transformation projects including SAP, FieldLogs, Data and related initiatives.
- Govern project execution through status tracking, risk management and escalation handling.
- Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business strategy

Business & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage business demand and prioritize digital and IT requirements.
- Act as the link between business, operations and project teams.
- Coordinate with IB Tech,



Innovation & Data and Cyber teams to ensure service alignment and delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes and digital capabilities. Project & Service Delivery
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of ERP and digital solutions.
- Monitor project performance, timelines and delivery milestones.
- Support governance of outsourced IT and digital services.
- Promote standardization, scalability and process efficiency across digital initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: University Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred background in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Other: English spoken and written C1 level desired.
- Experience 5-6 years of experience leading digital transformation projects plus 3-4 years in other roles across digital transformation. Experience in M&E; and ERP systems (SAP) among others. Significant industrial business experience, ideally in MRO environment
