We are looking for an EV Charging Infrastructure Engineer to join our international project focused on the electrification of service vehicles.

This is a 100% remote position based in Spain, supporting a project initially focused on the UK.

? What Will You Do?

- Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
- Develop charging strategies covering home, workplace, depot and public charging.
- Analyse charging technologies, power requirements and operational considerations.
- Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
- Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
- Support supplier selection and contribute to contract negotiations.
- Assist with charging infrastructure installation planning and implementation.
- Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
- Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Support the pilot phase and contribute to future expansion into additional countries.

? Requirements:

- Solid experience in EV charging infrastructure, fleet electrification or electric mobility.
- Proven experience developing charging strategies for commercial or service vehicle fleets.
- Knowledge of home, workplace, depot and public charging solutions.
- Understanding of AC/DC charging technologies, smart charging and power management.
- Experience assessing suppliers,



technical proposals and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work remotely from Spain from October 2026.
- Experience with the UK or Irish markets will be highly valued.
