Main responsibilities

- Preparation of materials and equipment in the warehouse
- Supporting event setup and dismantling
- Transportation of materials to/from event locations
- Assisting during events and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Reception and support of guests during events
- Organizing and checking event materials
- Working with Excel and internal planning documents
- Supporting content creation and social media when needed
- General operational support for the event team
