Fashion & Product Design Intern

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Fashion & Product Design Intern.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the founders and design team at Gaudir, contributing directly to the development of new collections, products, and creative concepts within a fast-growing fashion brand.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and product design, constantly thinking about new ideas, silhouettes, materials, colors, and details, and excited to spend their day designing and bringing new concepts to life.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion & Product Design Intern to support the development of Gaudir's upcoming collections and products.

You will work closely with the founders and design team throughout the entire creative process — from initial research and inspiration to sketches, product development, technical drawings, materials, colorways, and final product execution.

This is a highly creative and hands-on role for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day design process of a growing fashion brand and contribute their own ideas to future collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design and development of new collections and products.
- Research trends, references, silhouettes, materials, colors, and new product ideas.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, fashion flats, and product concepts using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop moodboards, color palettes, material references, and collection concepts.
- Explore and propose new silhouettes, details, finishes, prints, colorways, and product variations.
- Assist throughout the product development process,



from initial concept to final execution.
- Help prepare and organize technical design information and product specifications.
- Work closely with the founders and design team to translate creative ideas into real products.
- Maintain organized design files, collection information, references, and development trackers.
- Continuously contribute new ideas and creative proposals aligned with the Gaudir aesthetic and brand vision.

What We're Looking For

- Strong passion for fashion and product design.
- Excellent creative and visual sensibility.
- Strong drawing, sketching, and design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to create fashion flats, technical drawings, and product concepts digitally.
- Strong understanding of silhouettes, proportions, colors, materials, and garment details.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and keeping product development information organized.
- Proactive, curious, and constantly bringing new ideas to the table.
- Excited to learn and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of and passion for the Gaudir aesthetic and brand vision.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
- High level of English (C1 preferred).

Mandatory Requirements

- You are in your penultimate/ultimate year of university, preferably studying Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong fashion and product design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to create sketches, fashion flats, and technical drawings.
- Strong creative sensibility and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- Strong interest in fashion, product development, and emerging trends.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to work full-time from our Madrid office.
- Availability to start immediately and commit for four months.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
