Role Description The Field Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, prospecting potential clients, and managing end-to-end sales operations.

Key duties include identifying and nurturing leads, implementing effective sales strategies,



delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This role is pivotal in representing Walter's precision tools and solutions to existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Lead Generation experience to facilitate the growth of new and existing business.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage and streamline the sales process effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and an understanding of machining technology is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client locations.
