Furniture Packages is a turnkey furnishing company helping property owners across the Costa del Sol furnish their homes with a simple, hassle-free, all-in-one solution.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Interior Designer to join us on a freelance basis.

This is primarily a design role, but with a strong client-facing element. You will take a lead from the first conversation, understand the client's taste and property, create the design proposal and help turn it into a successful furniture package sale.

Your Responsibilities

- Speak directly with clients and understand their style, needs and budget
- Create moodboards, inspiration pages and complete furniture proposals
- Select furniture and accessories to create cohesive packages
- Prepare professional client presentations using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or similar
- Present your designs and vision to clients
- Manage client feedback and revisions
- Build a strong relationship with clients throughout the process
- Attend our Marbella showroom and client properties when required
- Work closely with our team to convert designs into completed sales

We provide the leads — you don't need to cold call. However,



you will be responsible for managing the client relationship and helping convert your designs into €15,000–€60,000+ furniture package sales.

Requirements

- Formal Interior Design qualification — required
- Excellent spoken and written English — essential
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Confident and professional client communication
- Proactive, goal-oriented and commercially minded
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or similar
- Valid driving licence — mandatory
- Must permanently live in the Marbella / Costa del Sol area
- Additional languages are a bonus
- Portfolio is welcome but not essential
