Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a French Speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria within the thriving consumer electronics sector. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for French-speaking partners within the consumer electronics ecosystem.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical guidance for complex smart devices and hardware peripherals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring premium service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to improve partner workflows and product performance.
- Analyze consumer electronics usage trends to provide proactive solutions for our corporate partners.
- Conduct remote training sessions for partners on new product releases and innovative consumer hardware features.
- Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining the high standards expected in the consumer electronics industry.

- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).




- Proven interest or experience in the consumer electronics industry or technical support sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for modern technology.
