At NTT DATA, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Expert to join an international DevOps team supporting a customer portal. You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.

? What you will do

- Manage customer incidents
- Analyze and prioritize production incidents
- Proactively identify potential issues
- Document and track issues in the system

? What we are looking for

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert
- Experience in customer incident management
- Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents
- Experience proactively identifying potential issues
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Experience with REST API Analysis
- Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
- Languages: High level of English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.

- Preferred location: Barcelona,



with availability to work from the office 1 day per week
- Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza will also be considered, with availability to work from the Barcelona office every two weeks
