Lead Engineering

We're working with a global technology organisation that is launching a brand-new engineering hub in Barcelona and investing heavily in the future of its engineering capabilities. As Head of Dev Ops & QA , you'll have the opportunity to shape how software is built, tested, deployed, and operated across a large-scale international environment. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving automation, quality, platform engineering, and engineering excellence. Joining at the start of the Barcelona journey, you'll play a key role in building teams, establishing best practices, and creating a culture focused on innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead the Dev Ops and QA strategy across multiple engineering teams. Drive CI/CD, test automation, platform engineering, and cloud adoption. Improve software quality, reliability,



security, and delivery performance. Build and mentor high-performing Dev Ops and QA teams. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Technology leaders to drive transformation. Champion AI-enabled engineering practices and modern ways of working.

What We're Looking For

Experience leading Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, SRE, or QA functions. Strong background in cloud technologies and modern software delivery. Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and engineering capabilities. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Passion for automation, quality, and engineering excellence. xugodme
