The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Head of M&A; to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will

- Lead end-to-end M&A; processes — from origination and evaluation to negotiation, closing,



and post-merger integration.
- Build the Group’s internal M&A; capability , defining processes, tools, governance, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with the Group’s growth priorities.
- Partner closely with the Group CFO, Private Equity fund, and business leaders to shape investment theses and execute disciplined deals.
- Oversee due diligence and valuation workstreams , coordinating external advisors and multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Ensure successful integration, synergy capture, and long-term value creation in acquired companies.

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in M&A; or Corporate Finance, ideally coming from Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance (Big4, boutique, or international bank);
- Corporate M&A; within industrial, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record leading deals from origination to integration.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with executives, entrepreneurs, and investors.




- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, with strong business acumen and autonomy.
