Serve as a lead contributor—shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.

Deployment & Accuracy: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs. Act as the bridge between the local market and global Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features. 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. you enjoy writing it. Fluent in English and at least one additional regional language.
