In this role you will lead and establish the Business Continuity Management program for the ADS division in Spain, ensuring resilience and proactive risk handling. You will collaborate with global teams to design, implement, and certify BCM processes aligned with ISO 22301 and ERM integration. You will develop training, run scenario-based exercises, and manage external partners to maintain a mature, auditable program.

This position offers impact across critical operations and aims to strengthen asset protection, reputation, and regulatory compliance.

- Define and drive the BCM roadmap and program across designated country
- Lead BIA development, continuity planning, and integration with Enterprise Risk Management
- Act as National BCM Risk Owner with authority to incorporate threats into ERM




- Achieve and maintain ISO 22301 certification and ensure compliance with BCM standards
- Design and deliver comprehensive BCM training curriculum and high-fidelity exercises
- Manage external vendors and cross-functional teams for BCM deployment
- Provide expert incident support and conduct post-incident reviews for continuous improvement
- Oversee budget and vendor relationships to ensure effective BCM implementation
