In this role you drive the Business Continuity Management program for ADS in a key market, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with global teams. You will design and establish BCM, lead BIAs and continuity planning, and achieve ISO 22301 certification. You’ll run scenario-based training and manage external vendors, with a strong focus on incident response and continual improvement. Your work protects the company’s assets, reputation, and resilience in a highly regulated environment.

- Establish and drive the BCM program across designated countries (greenfield to mature)
- Lead BIAs, develop continuity plans, and act as National BCM Risk Owner within ERM
- Achieve and maintain ISO 22301 certification and ensure regulatory compliance
- Design and deliver staff training curricula and high-fidelity simulation exercises
- Oversee external vendors and cross-functional teams for BCM deployment




- Provide expert incident support and conduct post-incident evaluations for improvement
- Integrate threat and vulnerability assessments into Enterprise Risk Management
- Define and manage the multi-year BCM roadmap and align with integral framework
- Manage BCM documentation and risk profiling for the country
- Monitor readiness, reduce interruption risk, and enhance staff engagement through annual training and exercises

Responsabilidades

- Experience leading BCM programs and xugodme transforming them from greenfield to mature state
- Strong stakeholder management across functions and external vendors
- Capability to design and manage risk assessments, BIAs, and continuity plans
- Ability to drive training, exercises, and incident response activities
- Knowledge of regulatory and corporate BCM standards and ISO 22301 (desirable)
- Budget management and vendor oversight (Pu0026L influence)
