Role Description The Immigration Attorney will provide legal advice and representation on a wide range of immigration matters, working in close coordination with internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client cases, advising on visa options and immigration pathways, preparing and reviewing petitions and supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulations. The attorney will draft legal opinions, respond to immigration-related legal issues, and monitor regulatory changes that may affect client cases.

This is a contract role and is fully remote,



requiring reliable availability during agreed working hours, clear communication with clients and colleagues, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience handling Immigration Issues and a broad range of Immigration matters.
- Strong knowledge of Visas, including different categories, eligibility requirements, and application processes.
- In-depth understanding of Immigration Law and related Legal Issues affecting individuals and businesses.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction, with a focus on immigration practice preferred.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines remotely.
- Prior experience in a law firm, immigration consultancy, or corporate immigration department is beneficial.
- Comfort working with digital case management tools and secure document-sharing platforms in a remote setting.
