Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate immigration procedures for inbound and outbound employee assignments, including work visas, residence permits, and other legal documentation.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees, HR, and business leaders on immigration requirements and risks.
- Collaborate with external immigration providers and Santa Fe offices to ensure compliance with local immigration laws.
- Work with internal platforms to ensure kpis and internal procedures and protocols are meet.
- Monitor immigration timelines
- Prepare and review immigration-related documentation and correspondences.
- Work closely with the other departments of Santa Fe.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field recommended.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate immigration or mobility consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with individuals across cultures and seniority levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
