As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll speak with customers who have already shown interest in MSC Cruises. Your role is to understand their needs, provide expert advice and turn that interest into confirmed bookings.

This is a sales role, You'll combine consultative selling, product expertise and commercial skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving conversion and revenue.

Your Impact

- Handle in-bound sales enquiries via phone.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
- Manage objections and confidently close sales.
- Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
- Follow up with customers and develop repeat business.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
- Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.

Your Journey so far

- Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
- Commercial mindset and target orientation.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers towards a decision.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.




- Native-level German is required;additional languages are a strong advantage.nt E
- Full right to work in Spain.
