Adiaco is a civil engineering and architecture company established in Valencia in 2019. We provide infrastructure design services for a variety of clients in the Norwegian market, with road design as our main line of business.

As a growing and dynamic team, we are now looking for a Road Engineer to join us and contribute to the development of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Your main responsibilities

- Develop road projects through preliminary, concept, and detailed design phases
- Create corridors, terrain and surface models, slopes, and service networks
- Produce clean, consistent, and accurate 2D drawings derived from 3D models
- Extract data and qualitative models for 3D visualisations, tables, and technical documentation (e.g. earthwork volumes, quantity take-offs, measurement lists)
- Generate and manage 3D models of service networks, including water and sanitation, telecommunications, and other utilities

Minimum Requirements

- Advanced user of Autodesk Civil 3D or Novapoint
- Solid experience with BIM methodology, producing 2D and 3D drawings for civil infrastructure projects




- Experience with Spanish and/or Norwegian regulations and standards will be considered an advantage
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or certification as a Technical BIM/CAD Designer or Modeller
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
