partner selection and product negotiations when new insurance products or insurance partners are required by the business. 6+ years of actuarial experience in insurance product management, bancassurance, insurance company, broker, consulting, environments. (Insurance Mediation certificate level 1 or 2 or commitment to obtain it in less than 12 months (Required) Fluent English and Spanish (Required) Strong understanding of life and non-life insurance products and distribution models, especially products connected to digital banking, consumer credit, motor finance, GAP, CPI, payment protection, warranty, mobility and ancillary insurance. (Knowledge of insurance regulation, including IDD, POG and mediation requirements, with continuous updating of regulatory developments across markets. (Knowledge of market trends, competitors, insurance distribution practices and product governance standards.
