As an IT Inhouse Consultant ServiceNow, you drive digital workflows and service experiences across a integral organization. You will expand ServiceNow as an enterprise platform for automation and digital transformation, enabling efficient processes and better user experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver continuous improvement and tangible business value.

This hybrid, full-time role blends on-site work in Madrid or Tunis with remote days, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape IT maturity and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology or Computer Science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional ServiceNow experience (consultant or similar) with design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions
- Strong IT service management understanding and experience with enterprise workflows
- Experience with ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Asset Management, CSM or custom app development
- Knowledge of modern platform, integration and automation technologies; xugodme ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or comparable) preferred
- Passion for improving user experiences and continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and consulting skills with a structured, analytical mindset
- Fluent English
