Junior IT Support Technician | Madrid Madrid (Calle Cronos) | Permanent Contract | Employed by Tenth Revolution Group | 100% Onsite At Tenth Revolution Group , we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a project with one of our clients, a company specializing in IT infrastructure, systems support, and technology solutions for Point of Sale (POS) and Self-Checkout environments used by organizations within the retail sector. This role is idóneo for a junior IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Support and Infrastructure while following a clear career path toward Systems Administration . Provide technical support to end users.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workstations. Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT systems. Work with Linux environments (primarily CentOS and Red Hat). IT-related education (ASIR, SMR, IT Vocational Training, Bootcamp, or similar).





Approximately 6 to 18 months of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Systems Support.

Basic

Linux knowledge. English level B1/B2. Spanish C/C2 Microsoft 365 Windows Server Permanent contract with Tenth Revolution Group. Structured training and career development. Exposure to Linux and enterprise infrastructure environments.

The employment contract will be directly with Tenth Revolution Group , while you will be assigned to a long-term project with one of our clients, a technology company focused on infrastructure services and solutions supporting retail technology environments.
