?Some details about your department

We are looking for a Team Lead CRO to lead, consolidate, and drive the growth of our CRO department in Spain. In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for the conversion rate optimization strategy in the local market, the area's profitability, internal talent management, and service excellence for our clients.

? What we’d like you to do

- P&L; Management: Direct ownership and oversight of the CRO department’s Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement in Spain, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are met.
- End-to-End Team Management: Direct leadership of a team of 7 CRO consultants (career development plans, time tracking, account allocation, and workload balancing).
- Spain CRO Area Development: Define and drive the growth strategy for the national CRO unit in alignment with global business goals.
- RFP & Tender Management: Lead the preparation, technical scoping, and commercial presentation of proposals for competitive pitches and public/private tenders.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with key tech partners across the ecosystem (A/B testing, personalization, and UX tools).
- Quality & Strategy Ownership: Define and oversee optimization roadmaps, ensuring analytical rigor and methodological excellence across all deliverables.

? What we’d like you to bring





- Technical CRO Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in CRO, with expert-level skills in A/B testing, advanced personalization, and data analysis.
- Artificial Intelligence: Strong interest and/or demonstrated competence in using and integrating AI agents for process optimization, analytics, and CRO methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing, developing, and mentoring teams.
- Business Management: Experience drafting commercial proposals for RFPs and managing department budgets/P&Ls.;
- Project Management: Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects and allocating resources effectively.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and professional full working proficiency in English (C1 level).
