We’re looking for an experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role. You’ll operate at both system level and down in the detail - shaping architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together.

What you’ll be responsible for

- - Technical ownership and system architecture of complex, high-speed platforms

- High-speed digital design and complex PCB development

- FPGA and high-speed transceiver integration

- PCIe, Ethernet, DDR5 and NVMe/M.2 integration

- Clocking, timing and high-speed interconnects





- System integration, validation and hands‑on hardware debug

- Technical leadership, mentoring and development of the engineering team

What we’re looking for

- - A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams

- Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development

- Strong knowledge xugodme of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory

- Hands‑on experience with several of PCIe, Ethernet, DDR/DDR5 and SerDes

- Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug

- Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs

- Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable
